Work with us

Find the support that fits where you are.

Whether you are building from an idea, strengthening an existing nonprofit, or investing in community capacity, Rooted & Wired offers more than one way to access support through direct, Community Access, or committed sponsored pathways.

Built for access

One mission. More than one way in.

Strong nonprofit infrastructure takes real time, expertise, and resources. How that support gets paid for should not depend on one model.

Rooted & Wired combines earned revenue with philanthropic and institutional funding to create multiple pathways to support.

01 / Direct support

Who this pathway serves

Organizations ready to commission focused support now.

How it works

Organizations ready to invest in their capacity can engage Rooted & Wired directly for focused strategy, organizational development, funding readiness, technology, and implementation support.

Community Access is limited and depends on current capacity and available resources. Sponsored access is available only when a funder, partner, or designated resource has committed support for a specific program, service, cohort, or participation slot.

Direct support

Start with the level of support you need.

These are starting prices. Final pricing depends on the scope, complexity, timeline, and level of support required.

Ongoing support

Some work needs more than a project.

Rooted & Wired also provides ongoing program, grant, and implementation support when the work requires sustained coordination.

Ongoing work is priced through a defined monthly or project-based scope.

Grant-related fees pay for specific work performed, including readiness, program development, application support, implementation, administration, reporting, and technical assistance.

Fees are never calculated as a percentage of a grant award and do not depend on whether funding is received.

Community Access

Have the mission but not the budget?

Your current budget should not automatically end the conversation.

Selected Rooted & Wired capacity-building support may be available through the Community Access Rate for founders and organizations with limited resources.

Approved participants may receive reduced or pay-what-you-can pricing, including $0 when appropriate. Community Access is limited and depends on current capacity and available resources.
